4 – 4……………………………………… in 3 x WUSV Tom van’t Leefdaalhof (WUSV Sieger 1999)

This will be a very interesting combination, as it also unites many top sires: Troll von der bösen Nachbarschaft (3xBSP), Yoschy von der Döllenwiese (BSP), Qerry von Haus Antverpa (4xWUSV), Tom van’t Leefdaalhof (3xWUSV, WUSV Sieger 1999)
[WUSV: World Championships, BSP: National Championships)Taiga will be mated to
Gauner von der Zwitscherklause. I thought of using Gauner since the BSP 2013 – so for me it is a choice without hesitation. Gauner’s owner, Florian Kreutner is a working dog handler as well as competitor for IPO.
*Update June 2014 – Gauner is also now a registered service dog, Bundeswehr, (Central Military of the German Armed Forces for service dogs).I met Gauner at the BSP (2013) and had the pleasure of working him after competition. He is a strong male, dominant, and serious in protection with superb grip quality: full quiet and calm grip, even under intense pressure. Many trainers, judges have commented highly on the quality of Gauner and his recent performance at the BSP (C: 97).

Gauner is a very agile dog with very good speed, good natural attentiveness and speed in work in obedience. He is HD/ED Normal (Hips/Elbows) and x-ray cleared in neck and back. Both parents of Gauner (Amigo von der Holzinger Au x Polly vom Schindergraben) are HD/ED normal, as well as 3rd generation all grand-parents HD Normal. His brothers Gerry (LGA, SchH3), Grisu HD/ED normal, sister Gina VPG3 HD/ED normal.

Gauner also produces only short-hair puppies. His tracking results speaks for itself (incredibly unlucky at the BSP 2013), scoring no lower than 96 in regional competitions over 3 years.

His owner, Florian Kreutner has successfully trialled him 3 x BSP (National Competition), placing 20th in Germany, 2013, high in protection phase (84, 94, 97) SG. and 3 x LGA (1st Place, 2013, (100, 96, 98) high in tracking/protection, 2nd place 2012).

Gauner is a very commanding dark sable in colour. Gauner has had over 35 litters in Germany, recently also with Schatzi vom Waldwinkel (repeat breeding, half-sister to Taiga, Dam side),and several matings with Czech Police. There are numerous puppies sired by Gauner with regional and national competitors as well as service dogs. Gauner’s owner also owns 2 very promising puppies, a son and a daughter from his dog.

We expect the puppies to have strong working ability and suit a variety of sport, personal protection or service work.

Trial results:
BSP 2013 84-94-97-275 SG; 11.08.2013 Landessieger 100-96-98-294 V; 01.05.2013 IPO3 96-96-96= 288 V; 12.05.2013 IPO3 100-96-97=293 V

Taiga vom Waldwinkel is from Waldwinkel kennels – one of the most established, and accomplished kennels in Germany.

Now, she has qualified IPO1 (87, 83, 95) in England, with the highest IPO1 trial score on the day (at Team Marches). Many top trainers, helpers and judges have commended highly of her quality in work.

Taiga has a very unique ability to switch and channel drives. She can be powerful and intensely focused in work/training, and the next minute be social, friendly and ‘turn off’ when not working. She is a very athletic and direct dog performing behaviours with speed, fluency and completeness.

Line bred: 4 – 5 Aly vom Vordersteinwald

I am incredibly fortunate to be able to bring this breeding to the UK. The breeder/owner of Amy, Karl Deisenroth, is a LGA FCI judge and breeder of the kennel in Germany ‘v. Dunklen Zwinger’ for over 15 years. (Also handles: Endy v. Karthago the widely used stud in Germany/Europe) Goran is a really good dog. Really confident, social, clear in the head, and big will to please. Fast despite his impressive size, really muscular and a big head! I have never seen a dog like him! Definitely stands out in the crowd.

(Goran van Seburus SchH3, WUSV)

He is selected for World Universal Sieger this year, 2013, winning the qualification. In 2012 he came 4th with the score: 94-90-96. (96 in protection). Goran and his owner, Geert Troonen, represented Belgium at WUSV 2012 (Austria). Goran is not only a high achieving dog, he is V-rated, so good looking too!

Amy’s 3rd litter (this one, with Goran) is of mutual decision and by recommendation of her breeder, 2 male puppies will be travelling to Germany for IPO.

About Amy vom dunklen Zwinger:
In the most recent SV LG FCI (LG09) 2013 – 4 of the top 6 were from Amy’s kennel: vom dunklen Zwinger, with Amy’s brother (Alli) winning the trial.

Amy is described by her breeder as ‘not a single product’ meaning that her siblings are very good dogs too.
Ando v. dunklen Zwinger – IPO3 and Alli vom dunklen Zwinger (Full brother of Amy) won the LG FCI 2013 with 284 points (97-91-96), and is a well used stud dog in Germany.

Amy’s father, Quasimodo vom Rosseleck, 3 x BSP and sire of our A-litter, is an exceptional dog; Amy’s mother: Tara v. d. Adelegg is from Ellute v. d Mohnwiese (2 x BSP) x Desch v. d. Adelegg (BSP) and still a breeding female in Germany producing many IPO qualified dogs in Germany.

In Amy’s 1st and 2nd generation, 4 out of 6 dogs, of her parents and grand parents were in the BSP (German National Competition)

Line bred: 5 – 5 V Troll von der bösen Nachbarschaft

This is a very exciting breeding for us. Taiga from the ‘Waldwinkel Kennels’ in South East Germany. Up to now, Waldwinkel Kennels has well over 20 dogs used by the police and authorities, over 30 dogs competing in National Competion in Germany with 3 dogs in last year’s BSP 2012 (Hasko, Mira and Owen). Her father is Zico von der Adelegg, a 3 x BSP (3 x German National Competitor), placing 2nd in 2010 (93, 94, 96) and a WUSV German World Team Competitor to name just a few accomplishments! We saw something very special in her, and she shows great potential in her current training.  Her mother, Fanny vom Waldwinkel (SchH3 – LGA 2008 – 94, 85, 96) is described, by her owner as: “…a super producer … clear headed…” We expect Taiga to qualify for her titles in 2013.

Quasi, the sire, we know very well. He has sired over 40 litters in Germany, competed at national level, and is a wonderful example of a working German Shepherd Dog. Quasi’s highest individual scores: Tracking 100, Obedience 97, Protection 97. Highest trial score: 291/300.
